Almost anything. Reef tanks are Alex's specialty and personal passion, but Reef Keepers has experience caring for freshwater, saltwater, and reef systems of all kinds. That includes fish-only tanks, planted tanks, coral reefs, and systems housing turtles, seahorses, crustaceans, and more. If you can build it, we can maintain it.

Pricing varies depending on your system, location, and the scope of service needed. Every tank is different, and we'd rather give you an accurate quote than a number that doesn't reflect your actual situation.

This depends on your specific system, but most aquariums benefit from regular maintenance visits to stay balanced and healthy. During your consultation, we will assess your tank and recommend a service schedule that makes sense for your setup.
If you have a question or an emergency between scheduled visits, we can we reached by call or text, and will help you work through it.
First, reach out we can do an in-person or over the phone visit. Then, during our first visit, we would need to go over the history of the tank, your goal, and necessary equipment. Our maintenance package will cover generally any goal. This will usually include us working through a schedule moving forward on water changes, feeding regiments, cleaning, equipment changes, and seeing if there are diseases or pests in the tank.
This will typically be figured out before the first service when speaking to a technician. It is all dependent on your system and goals.
If you are missing equipment and want us to handle it we can do it all. Some clients choose to have us use their water but we typically bring our own. Your freshwater tank may just need a filter and heater, your saltwater tank may just need a pump and skimmer, however, if your goal requires skimmers, reactors, controllers, we have used almost everything out there, we know what to recommend.
